Hi! I’m Chrystal Lofton, a health & vitality coach supporting busy moms of athletes on a journey from burnout to balance, so they can have the healthy, happy family they want and deserve.

Originally from Louisiana, I now live on a small farm with my husband Kelly in Washington, (plus two dogs, five cats, and I don’t even know how many chickens) where I enjoy various projects including gardening and learning to can vegetables. I’m also an avid scrapbooker (you might even say crazy-lady-level), a competitive gymnastics judge, and mom to two beautiful adult daughters.
