All About Me…

Hi! I’m Chrystal Lofton, a health & vitality coach helping busy mamas reclaim their time and energy.
We look at time management, eating habits, lifestyle habits and personal environment to help you be the mama your kids deserve.

I’m also a competitive gymnastics judge, so I even though my children are grown now, I still lead a very busy life, and I love every minute of it!

I believe we don’t have to sacrifice what we want to do to protect our health, and we really can have it all! It just takes some balance and prioritizing.

Originally from Louisiana, I now live on a small vineyard with my husband Kelly (plus dogs, cats, and chickens) in Washington. We grow wine grapes for commercial use and fruit and vegetables for personal use, and I’m learning how to preserve it all. I love to read and scrapbook (at a crazy-lady level!), and I’m the proud mama of two beautiful adult daughters.
