Do One Thing…

Have you ever made the decision to change something about your health, only to crash and burn because it was just too much or too hard? 🤦🏻‍♀️

You’re not alone!!! I bet every single one of us has done that at some point.

So here’s my best tip… choose one thing, only one ☝🏼, and do it really, really well.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the idea that we have to do all the things or we won’t be successful. But I believe the opposite is true. When we try doing it all at once, we are far more likely to burn out and give up… that’s not success. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like to start with the thing that is easiest for me to master. Then I do that one thing to the absolute best of my ability, until it’s easy. Then I choose another thing, and repeat the process. 😊😊

​Take a good look at your current goal. Are you trying to tackle it all at once? Are you trying to eat the whole elephant 🐘 in just one bite? If so, take a step back, choose one thing that you can succeed at, and commit to it completely, 💯, all in. And if you want some support in doing that, let’s talk.
